Ability to read and interpret work orders. Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment. Performs other related duties as required. and occasionally move drums up to 400 lbs. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Keeps Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards. Handle Hazardous Waste and Control Waste Stream/Flow. Plan and perform batch set up and changeover processes. Provide detailed paper work flow to maintain inventory accuracy. Manufacture batches based on work orders. Read, interpret and execute specifications from work order. Clean, operate and maintain equipment in area including totes, pumps, mixing vessels, and raw material lines as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement in the organization. Manage and maintain assets in area of responsibility including, but not limited to: Equipment and Controls, Operating Supplies, Inventory Control, Co-Workers. Manufacture various products according to standards at Mohawk Labs. Position starts at $20 / hr, at 90 days goes to $21/ hr, at 6 months goes to $22/hr, and tops out at $23/hr at 1 year anniversary.
